My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were of a very good size and most comfortable, offering city views, but they are in major need of an upgrade and remained cold overnight, even after maintenance tried to fix the issue. The service was very professional and friendly, especially the concierge, although we were informed of some prior faults. The location was central, right on St Georges Terrace, making it convenient for exploring Perth, but the room itself was just alright. The dining experience was expensive and time-consuming at times, but the traditional shabu-shabu was awesome. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
